RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURNS
We accept returns on all items except swimwear, lingerie and jewelry within 14 days of the delivery date.
All returns must receive prior written authorization. Returns sent without prior written authorization will not be accepted.
Once approved, items must be shipped back within 5 days. Returns shipped outside of this window will be eligible for store credit only or may be denied at our discretion.

For all US returns: we can provide a pre-paid return shipping label for $10 USD that will be deducted from your refund.
For all international returns: customer is responsible for return shipping.
For returns to be accepted the item(s) must be:
- unworn
- undamaged
- unwashed
- unused
- all original tags attached
- free of any odors (including perfume)
- each item must be returned neatly folded and in original poly bag packaging to prevent damage during transit
Items returned without the original poly bag will incur a $5 deduction from the refund.
ANONIE reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected you will be notified via email.
Once your return is processed and accepted you will receive a refund in the form of original payment.
*Please note original shipping charges are non-refundable.
*Please note all swimwear, lingerie and jewelry are final sale and are non-returnable for hygienic reasons.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to make an exchange, please make a return and place a new order. We accept exchange requests within 14 days of the delivery date.
SALES
Please note that all reduced items are final sale. Such sales include but are not limited to Black Friday and End of Season sales.
All Sample Sales are final.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you have received a damaged item please contact customer care immediately at hello@shopanonie.com with images/videos of the damaged item(s).
