RETURNS
 
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of the delivery date.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Returns sent without prior written authorization will not be accepted.

For returns to be accepted the item(s) must be:

  • unworn
  • undamaged
  • unwashed
  • unused
  • all original tags attached
  • in original packaging
  • free of any odors (including perfume)

ANONIE reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected you will be notified via email.

After we have processed your return, you will receive a refund in the form of original payment.

*Please note shipping charges are non-refundable.

*Please note all swimwear, lingerie and jewelry are final sale and are non-returnable for hygienic reasons.

 

EXCHANGES

If you wish to make an exchange, please make a return and place a new order.

 

SALES

Please note that all reduced items are final sale. Such sales include but are not limited to Black Friday, Cyber Monday and End of Season sales. 

All Sample Sales are final.


DAMAGED ITEMS

If you have received a damaged item please contact customer care immediately at hello@shopanonie.com with images/videos of the damaged item(s).
