RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURNS
We accept returns on all items except swimwear, lingerie and jewelry within 14 days of the delivery date.
All returns must receive prior written authorization. Returns sent without prior written authorization will not be accepted.
Once return authorization is approved and a return shipping label generated, items must be shipped back within 5 calendar days. Returns shipped outside of this window will be eligible for store credit only or may be denied at our discretion.

US returns: for your convenience ANONIE can provide a pre-paid return shipping label. All US returns are subject to a $10 USD restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.
International returns: customers are responsible for all return shipping costs as well as any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges associated with returning merchandise to ANONIE.
If an international shipment is refused, or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, any return shipping charges, customs fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other costs incurred by ANONIE will be deducted from the customer's refund.
Please note that international returns may require customs documentation and transit times vary by country. ANONIE is unable to estimate or reimburse any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by customs authorities or shipping carriers.
All International returns are subject to a $10 USD restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.
For returns to be accepted the item(s) must be:
- unworn
- undamaged
- unwashed
- unused
- all original tags attached
- free of any odors (including perfume)
- each item must be returned neatly folded and in original poly bag packaging to prevent damage during transit
Items returned without the original poly bag will incur a $5 USD deduction from the refund.
ANONIE reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected you will be notified via email.
Once your return is processed and accepted you will receive a refund in the form of original payment.

*Please note all swimwear, lingerie and jewelry are final sale and are non-returnable for hygienic reasons.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to make an exchange, please make a return and place a new order. We accept exchange requests within 14 days of the delivery date.
SALES
Please note that all reduced items are final sale. Such sales include but are not limited to Black Friday and End of Season sales.
All Sample Sales are final.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you have received a damaged item please contact customer care immediately at hello@shopanonie.com with images/videos of the damaged item(s).
